Frozen - memories series II
Building on my initial work in 'suspended', which depicts the very object that evokes the memory of another time and place, this series looks at how a particular memory of an interaction, a conversation, or maybe an action is brought back to life by a similar everyday object and the whole interaction is re-lived every time it is encountered. Originally a series of eight works, shot between early 2013 and late 2014. The titles refer to the person the interaction occurred with.
